Korean companies intend to invest in projects located in Kazakhstan
Large companies of the second largest Korean city intend to invest in projects located in Kazakhstan. Economic and cultural cooperation was discussed during the first official visit of our country's Ambassador to Korea Bakyt Dyusenbayev to Pusan, a correspondent of Khabar 24 reports.
The Kazakhstan delegation met with the leadership of the megalopolis. They discussed organizational issues to establish the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in this city.
Let us remind that the corresponding decree was signed in August this year by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The possibilities of co-production of movies were considered at the meeting with the Chair of the Pusan International Film Festival.
The Korean side noted the high quality level of Kazakhstani cinema. This year, several companies from our country made themselves known at the largest film festival in Asia. Investment opportunities of our Republic are presented at the round table with the participation of the largest companies of the region. The businessmen expressed interest in cooperating in the sectors, such as footwear production, logistics, petrochemicals and automotive components.

- We got to know Kazakhstan as the key state in Central Asia with great transit opportunities. We are engaged in logistics, if there is the opportunity, we would like to invest in this area. After all, it is possible to send goods to Europe from Korea through the territory of Kazakhstan 3 times faster than by sea.
