Head of National Company KAZAKH INVEST met with the Chairman of the largest private holding of the State of Qatar
On December, 13 Astana hosted a bilateral meeting of the Chairman of the Board of NC KAZAKH INVEST JSC Saparbek Tuyakbayev and the Chairman of the Board of Protocol Capital Ahmad Al Jufayri. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of the further cooperation and prospects for the implementation of investment activities of Qatari businessmen in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, Saparbek Tuyakbayev presented to the participants of the meeting the competitive advantages of Kazakhstan’s investment climate, measures of state support, as well as plans to improve the architectural design of Astana and Almaty.
Representatives of Protocol Capital, in turn, noted that they consider Kazakhstan as a potential country for the implementation of investment projects and showed interest in projects in fields of construction and energy, hotel and tourist business, as well as the construction of large infrastructural and industrial facilities.
Participants of the dialogue noted the high potential for increasing cooperation and entry of Qatari companies into the Kazakhstan’s market which implies opening joint ventures and investments. Following the meeting, participants of the dialogue expressed their hope for the further mutually beneficial cooperation.
