The Head of State met with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Odile Renaud-Basso, who arrived in Kazakhstan to participate in the 34th meeting of the Foreign Investors Council.
The interlocutors reviewed the prospects for the implementation of a set of investment projects in our country in the infrastructure sphere, transit traffic, decarbonization of the economy and financial sector. They also exchanged views on topical issues of the development of the world economy.
Odile Renault-Basso congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the successful holding of the National Referendum and noted that its results would further foster the confidence of foreign investors in our country.
She also shared her vision of the prospects for the development of the economy and strengthening the financial system of Kazakhstan.
