Polish-Kazakh Days of Economic Cooperation held in Warsaw
The Exhibition Center in Kielce and the Polish-Kazakhstani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Warsaw, organized an online webinar on the topic “Polish-Kazakh Days of Economic Cooperation”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence. The webinar was live on Facebook by Targi Kielce's channel, targeting about 30,000 Polish entrepreneurs.
The event was addressed by Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Poland A. Kirabayev, Ambassador of Poland to Kazakhstan S. Khazbievich, President of the Polish-Kazakh Chamber of Commerce and Industry P. Guzowski, Chairman of the Board of the Exhibition Center in Kielce A. Mochoń, Head of Department of the Ministry of Development and Technology of the Republic of Poland A. Milota, the representative of KAZAKH INVEST in Europe U. Sarybayeva.
The participants were briefed on the Kazakhstan’s achievements over the years of independence, on the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral trade and investment cooperation.
The audience was also acquainted with the main aspects of the Address to the People of Kazakhstan and the Article of the Head of State “Independence is Paramount”, as well as the measures taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to support the population and business in the new conditions.
The reports highlighted the investment advantages of Kazakhstan, such as geostrategic location, transit and logistics potential, rich resource base, international trade and investment agreements, as well as access to major global markets.
The Polish participants highly evaluated the measures to improve the business and investment climate in Kazakhstan and expressed interest in further strengthening cooperation.
Furthermore, Kazakh and Polish music, national cuisines, as well as the tourism potential of Kazakhstan were presented during the webinar.
