Over 500 applications received for grants under Business Roadmap in Nur-Sultan

The capital received more than 500 applications for grants under the Business Roadmap. Business projects will be presented online, the official website of the akimat reports.

Receiving applications for state grants under the Business Roadmap Program - 2025 is over in the capital. According to Nur-Sultan Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Department, over 500 applications were received from applicants.

“Now we are considering these applications. We check them for a complete list of documents, for compliance with the criteria and requirements of the program. Applicants who meet all the conditions will receive notifications that they have to prepare videos to defend the project”, said Adlet Tlepov, chief expert of Entrepreneurship Development Department of Nur-Sultan Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Administration.

Due to quarantine, business projects will be presented online. Competitors should present videos of their business ideas. The whole process will be broadcast on social networks.

“This year, it is planned to allocate grants to the amount of KZT200 million under the Business Roadmap Program. And separately it is also provided KZT60 million for young people, that is, candidates who have not reached the age of 30. The amount of grants is ranged from 2 to 5 million KZT”, summed up Adlet Tlepov.

Let’s note that this year the program is of keen interest. For this reason, accepting applications are extended for an additional week.

Note that the Business Roadmap Program has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2010. Akimats supervise one of its directions. Local executive agencies support business with grants and infrastructure support. Both existing entrepreneurs and Kazakhstan people those wishing to start their own business, including women, persons with disabilities and people over 50, can participate in competitions for grants. The money is provided free of charge.
