Electronic map of free land plots and utilities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey cities has been developed by Land Relations Administration of East Kazakhstan region in accordance with the assignment of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev dated from June 1, 2018 stated at the session of Political Council of Nur Otan Party, the assignment of Akim of East Kazakhstan region D. Akhmetov, on the basis of item No. 53 of the Detailed Plan of Improved  Conditions for Business Conducting and Developing Mass, Family Business in East Kazakhstan region for 2017-2019 and item No. 32 of the Plan of Measures for Implementation of the State Program «Digital Kazakhstan», approved by the Governmental Order of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated from December 12, 2017 No. 827.

The layers of the map show the land plots, data on connection to utilities (electricity, water supply, water discharge, heat supply), the master plan and projects of detailed layout of residential districts for perspective residential construction, as well as the module of the information on the land plots offered for auction and basic elements for convenient navigation on the electronic map. There is the possibility to connect the popular cartographical mapping services for the orientation (Google. Yandex). The electronic map is available under the link www.openmap.kz

The developed geoinformational portal would ensure the delivery of services to the population and business (issuing technical feasibilities) in an electronic format, the submission of documents, registration, delivery of services remotely without direct contact with the applicant, as well as the submission of documents in an electronic format using the electronic digital signature (EDS).
