Kazakhstan products are first presented at the International Exhibition of Agriculture «Green Week-2019» in Berlin
On January 17, 2019 in Berlin, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Federal Republic of Germany B.Nusupov and the delegation of Kazakhstan consisting of the management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akimat of North-Kazakhstan region, NC KAZAKH INVEST JSC, Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC and Republican Veterinary Laboratory participated in the official opening ceremony of the 84th International Agriculture and Food Exhibition «Green Week-2019» which is taking place from January, 18 till January, 27 this year in Berlin.
Besides, during this visit on January 17, 2019 in Berlin, NC KAZAKH INVEST JSC held bilateral meetings with heads of a number of leading German companies in the fields of food-processing industry and agricultural machinery, including with Vion, Claas, Petkus and AGROTEC, and participated in the round table organized with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Federal Republic of Germany and Kazakhstan-German Agricultural Policy Dialogue, titled: «Opportunities for German companies in Kazakhstan agrarian sector».
During the event, representatives of German agrobusiness noted the investment attraction of our country and highly evaluated the Government of Kazakhstan on stimulation of local manufacturers and improvement of their competitiveness. Furthermore, they discussed prospects of implementing joint projects of agrarian and industrial complex.
On January 19, 2019 in Berlin, the delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by the Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.Isayeva is participating in the work of the 11th Conference of Ministers of Agriculture of the Global Food and Agrarian Forum dedicated to issues of introduction of digitization in the sphere of agriculture.

The international exhibition «Green Week» is held annually in the capital of German starting from 1926. The exhibition presents the whole spectrum of goods of the food industry - from meat and sausage products up to fruits, vegetables and beverage. Also it exhibits seeds, agricultural equipment, hothouses and various accompanying goods. According to organizers, almost 400,000 people visited the exhibition in 2018, and proceeds from the sale of goods for the first time exceeded 50 million Euros (USD57,2 million).
