Investment in healthcare and social services grew by 41 % over the year, having reached almost KZT84 billion - portal Finprom.kz informs.

Thus, the annual increase has shown the maximal rate over the past 5 years. The basic source of financing from January till October became the local budget - 40,6 % of the total amount of funding. Own funds of business accounted for 35 %. The republican budget allocated over 19 %. The greatest volume of investment among regions is concentrated in Almaty region. Almaty and Astana ranked among the top three with the greatest volume of investment. The large majority of republican medical centers are located in megacities.
