East Kazakhstan implementing 7 large projects

According to Danial Akhmetov, Akim of East Kazakhstan region, the industrial output in the region grew by 109,6 %, gross agricultural output is up 102,8 %. Building and construction works increased by 108,5 %. More than 265, 000 sq.m. of housing were put into service, a correspondent of Business Information Center of Kapital.kz informs.

«We count on export oriented manufactures. This year we are implementing 7 projects worth KZT1,4 billion on the Business Support Map. It is put into service Bakyrchik Mining and Processing Complex with a total investment volume of around KZT 133,8 billion. Two large investment projects on construction of meat processing plants in Semey and Ayagoz are being implemented jointly with foreign partners. Owing to the opening of the certified laboratory accredited to the Chinese standards, the East will open its export gate to China», - the head of the region said at the briefing in CCS.

He said that within the framework of Rukhani Zhangyru Program as part of Menin Mektebim Project, 476 new cabinets are opened in all complete schools of the region equipped in accordance with the standards of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, including cabinets of robotics, to the amount of KZT2,8 billion.

«Such base has allowed us to open 277 IT-classes at schools within the framework of the party project of Nur Otan. Thus, the curriculum has been developed by teachers of the region. KZT 8,2 billion will be invested in the development of education  over 3 years», - Danial Akhmetov informed, having added that East Kazakhstan is among leaders in the implementation of the program «7−20−25».

“1652 apartments are ready for sale, up to the end of this year it is planned to put into service 182 more apartments. As a whole, this year 410,500 sq.m. of housing is planned to put into service.” - Danial Akhmetov said.
