Head of the Ministry for Investment Development Zhenis Kasymbek held a meeting with the Deputy Minister for Commerce of the Peoples’ Republic of China Zhen Hunbin
The meeting of the Minister for Investment Development Zhenis Kasymbek with the Deputy Minister for Commerce of the Peoples’ Republic of China Zhen Hunbin was held today in Astana city within the framework of Kazakhstan-China Business-Forum.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of trade and economic, transport and transit-logistical cooperation, as well as prospects for interaction between Kazakhstan and China.
The Kazakhstan party briefed the Chinese partners about the available investment preferences, as well as about implementation of joint projects.
Zhenis Kasymbek noted the growth of mutual trade and expressed readiness for the further deepening of bilateral cooperation in all sectors with China within the competence of the Ministry.
Let's remind that the foreign trade turnover between Kazakhstan and China in 2017 had a more than 30 % increase and accounted for USD 10,5 billion.
