“KAZAKH INVEST” AND GERMAN ECONOMY REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN THE CENTRAL ASIA AGREED TO ENHANCE INVESTMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN THE COUNTRIES
The meeting of Chairman of Board of “Kazakh Invest” Saparbek Tuyakbayev and Deputy Chief of German Economy Representative Office in the Central Asia Katharina Koch took place today in Almaty city.
During the meeting Saparbek Tuyakbayev spoke about the current activity of Kazakh Invest, introducing a principle of “one-stop shop” in the work with foreign investors in Kazakhstan, and also about investment preferences granted to foreign businessmen.
“We consider Germany as a priority country with huge potential for investment to Kazakhstan. German business is very flexible, hi-tech; it takes serious positions on the global market. And for this reason, “Kazakh Invest” is ready to support investment projects of German business”, - Saparbek Tuyakbayev said.
In turn, Deputy Chief of German Economy Representative Office in the Central Asia Katharina Koch emphasized that Germany is interested in deepening of trade and economic cooperation with Kazakhstan.
“Our organization receives requests from German businessmen who are searching for Kazakhstan potential projects for investment. We are pleased that there is such an interest and hope that all organizational issues, including migration will be solved with assistance of “Kazakh Invest”, - Katharina Koch said.
Following the results of the meeting, the parties agreed to hold joint investments activities with participation of German businessmen.
