- At the national telebridge that took place in Astana city, the President said that “Digital Kazakhstan” is a new and very important program for the country. For this reason the Government needs to bring its essence to each citizen, using concrete examples to explain the advantages of these or those digital projects. Predictably, the highest effect of digitalization will be provided in transport and logistics or more than KZT400 billion by 2025. Besides, it will be possible to improve crop yields due to new development. All in all, the agrarian and industrial complex will get over KZT40 billion. And investments into IT-sector will help get more than KZT60 billion. Investments will be attracted through support of start-ups and creation of International Technopark “Astana-hub”.

Askar Zhumagaliyev, Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- Creation of innovative ecological system is that driver that helps us to create new start-ups, for this purpose tax preferences are expected. We hope that the boom of start-ups in IT sector can be provided in the territory of EXPO. Besides, I call for the active assistance of these projects and development of these projects.

Digital Kazakhstan Program has benefit, first of all, due to creation of the value added and reduction of the production costs. This, according to experts, will ensure the increase in the GDP growth up to 5 % by 2025.

It’s worth noting that many plants and factories in Kazakhstan are ready to introduce the elements of the Industry 4.0. New digital opportunities of the Kazakhstan enterprises were presented at the forum in Astana city. Experts informed why and how to introduce advanced technologies in the production.

Anvar Sadykov, executive director of the project “Virtual warehouse”:

- We present the project “Virtual warehouse”, it aims to monitor the goods from the moment of import in the country, up to the final realization. Thus, the state can simplify the state purchase processes, so that ordinary tax payers can get the goods at importers, without involving a chain of resellers. The system is absolutely free-of-charge, only EDS is required for registration.
